PR & Marketing Manager, Greyhound Trust.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a new and high‑impact role, shaping how Greyhound Trust engages the public, tells its story, and builds lasting support for the thousands of greyhounds we help each year.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of a fresh, strategic PR and marketing programme that reflects the charity’s values, mission, and ambitions.
* Develop and deliver creative storytelling across multiple audiences and channels, combining brand development, media relations, digital engagement, and event leadership (e.g., Crufts and Great Greyhound Gathering).
* Work collaboratively to balance brand protection and enhancement with income generation and engagement goals, delivering measurable impact driven by data‑driven insight.
Qualifications
* At least three years of proven experience in strategic and hands‑on PR and marketing for a non‑profit, from planning to content creation to media relations and brand development.
* Experience working with a large, diverse network of stakeholders, including volunteers and regional branches.
* Confidence to balance brand, income generation, and engagement priorities and collaborate to achieve them.
Location & Employment
Full‑time, based at the Head Office in Horley, Surrey, with occasional travel to branches across the UK. Occasional working from home when appropriate.
