Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Liverpool Salary: £55,000-£60,000 We are currently working with a well-established, dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will have the opportunity to work across various sectors but not limited to industrial, residential, commercial and bank monitoring. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Lead cost planning and estimates across various RIBA stages. Provide pre-contract services, including procurement strategy, risk management, and tender documentation. Manage post-contract services such as valuations, progress payments, cost reporting, and final account negotiations. Mentor junior team members and develop client relationships. Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor: RICS-accredited degree. Chartered status (or working towards it). Proven pre and post-contract QS experience.
