Kenmore Park Infant & Nursery School is a successful and aspirational multicultural school with the capacity for four forms of entry. The school also has a 52 place nursery offering 15 hours per week over two 3 hours per day sessions term time only morning and afternoon. The school leaders are highly ambitious for its learners and staff
The substantive Headteacher is due to retire at the end of the spring term 2026 after more than 24 years as head of the school.
The Federated Governing Body of Kenmore Park Schools are looking to put in place interim arrangements creating the post of Acting Headteacher to oversee the school for at least two terms (with the possibility of extending the role for a further term), with a handover period to support transition in March 2026. This is due to the possible amalgamation of the Infant School with the Junior School.

Governors are looking for a school leader to:
Provide inspirational and robust leadership of school during a period of change;
Implement the school vision, ethos and values;
Lead and support the development of teaching & learning across the school in line with agreed school improvement plan;
Lead and support implementation of curriculum improvement initiatives in line with agreed school improvement plan;
Lead and support the drive to improve standard of pupil outcomes, particularly SEND, PP, EAL, more able;
Implement and monitor impact of school improvement plan;
Work closely with Governors and key personnel to review expenditure and implement plan for reduction in staffing expenditure;
Support all staff with understanding and carrying out their roles and responsibilities effectively;
Support middle and senior leaders in strategic development of their roles, understanding how to lead with impact and accountability;
Work with senior leaders on the day to day running of the school;
Implement performance management policy and procedures, ensuring appropriate support is in place as required;
Support staff with managing workload, work/life balance and wellbeing;
Maintain partnerships across the Kenmore Park Infant & Nursery community and beyond stakeholders, LA, cluster Heads, Harrow primary heads;
Lead ongoing focus on Ofsted-readiness;
Liaise with substantive Headteacher of the Junior School;
