This leading animal charity have a thriving creative and marketing team that facilitates their various visitor centres, animal hospitals and fundraising activities.
They are looking for a creative traffic co-ordinator to join their team on a 6 month FTC to work remotely, where you will be responsible for managing creative production workflows, resource allocation, and output, while leading project management for internal client relationships and briefs. They are very keen that this person has experience with working on Monday.com workflow system, please state on your CV if you have experience with this.
This role supports a team of in-house designers, content writers, and photographers/videographers who plan, conceptualise, and develop assets and materials for a wide range of internal and external channels, resources, and activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Triaging and dispatching all briefs within the Creative team based on individuals strengths and skills, ensuring work is delivered on deadline, on brief, and within budget.
* Representing the Studio and Production Manager in their absence in resource meetings with senior stakeholders.
* Managing resource planning, briefing traffic, and production output from the creative team in a timely and efficient manner.
* Keeping all relevant departments informed about project status and revising deadlines when necessary.
* Managing creative design workflow across all channels using Monday.com.
* Overseeing design project workflow from briefing to delivery, ensuring projects are prioritised in line with organisational strategy and objectives.
* Acting as a brand guardian and champion, upholding the integrity of the brand and Creative processes to internal and external stakeholders.
* Running kickoff and project wrap-up meetings, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
* Leading scheduling meetings.
* Monitoring project progress and addressing delays or resource issues to ensure output remains consistent with brand standards and strategic objectives.
* Regularly communicating project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management, escalating potential issues to prevent bottlenecks.
* Reviewing daily workloads and adjusting assignments as needed.
* Using Monday.com to communicate the progress of design work with the job owner and wider teams.
35 hours per week.
