Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager – Wadebridge, Cornwall - £45,000
The Job: A new opportunity has opened for a proactive and detail-focused Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager to join a growing renewables team. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation and performance of a portfolio of solar and wind assets, ensuring they meet high standards for safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage faults from identification through to resolution, support reporting, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
The Company: A forward-thinking, UK-based renewable energy company with a strong track record in delivering utility-scale wind and solar projects. Operating since 2010, they manage every part of the project process in-house, from initial planning to long-term operation. This integrated model allows them to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions while maintaining flexibility and control over every project.
The Candidate:
* At least one year’s experience working with operational wind or solar assets
* Solid understanding of the renewable energy industry and asset management practices
* Highly organised with a structured, process-driven mindset
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors
* Degree-level qualification in engineering, renewable energy, or a related subject
* Strong reporting and data analysis skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Full UK driving licence
* Motivated, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of CAD software
The Package:
* Salary range from £30,000 – £45,000 DOE
* Full-time, permanent position
