Vehicle Paint Sprayer Opportunity at Established Dealership Group in Kidwelly Our client, a leading and long-established automotive dealership group in Wales, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their busy accident repair centre in Kidwelly. Enhanced holiday entitlement including bank holidays Staff purchase discounts on cars, servicing, and MOTs Access to ongoing technical training and professional development Long-term career progression within a well-regarded vehicle dealer group Standard 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday Duties: Complete all paint jobs to meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction Accurately interpret technical instructions, mixing schemes, and drying procedures for all paint repairs Ensure all vehicles are repaired in adherence to safety standards and legal requirements Maintain a safe and secure environment by safeguarding targeted vehicles and parts Work efficiently within estimated painting times to ensure productivity targets are met Collaborate with team members and seek guidance from the Bodyshop Manager when necessary Use all relevant equipment effectively, including spray guns and drying equipment Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards, with a focus on water-based paints Requirements: Fully qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Vehicle Accident Repair Painting Principles, or equivalent accreditation Alternatively, proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer with a strong understanding of water-based paints Own spray guns (other equipment provided by the employer) Valid driving licence with minimal points Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with a proactive attitude and motivation to achieve set targets Experience working in a manufacturer-approved workshop environment is preferred This role offers a rewarding career with a respected dealership group dedicated to quality and staff development.
