Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Powerforce is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a team of 10 Business Development Managers for Nestlé Wholesale. You will be responsible for developing your team, driving sales performance, and delivering strong returns for our customers. If you are passionate about leadership, sales excellence, and making an impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop your team to maximize performance and engagement
* Communicate KPIs, customer briefs, and new initiatives to ensure alignment
* Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans
* Manage team performance, attendance, and adherence to company processes
* Celebrate team successes and foster motivation and achievement
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and expense management
* Analyze and present monthly results and market intelligence to stakeholders
* Meet and exceed regional KPIs for measurable success
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales management and team leadership experience
* Understanding of wholesale and B2B sales models
* Knowledge of regional market trends and competitors
* Strong grasp of pricing strategies and financial metrics
* Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
What We Can Offer:
* £34,000 - £36,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company Car
