Overview
Volunteer with background/experience in Education to lead CFK Schools Delivery Team (SDT). The role holder will develop and lead a CFK SDT of volunteers, inspiring creativity and ideas generation, and defining and communicating the team's goals and strategy.

As the CFK Schools Delivery Team Leader you will develop and lead a CFK Schools Delivery Team (SDT) of volunteers, inspiring creativity and ideas generation within the team, defining and communicating your team's goals and strategy, building the best team, and managing the activities necessary to achieve the goals and meet commitments made on behalf of the team.
What are we looking for?
Experience / Skills
* Experience working with children, teachers and parents in school settings. A clear interest in nutrition and lifestyle. Some formal training in working with children (e.g., teacher, teaching assistant, educationalist, health/sport coach).
* Experience and interest in working with authorities.
* Strong management and leadership experience.
* Articulate written, visual and verbal communicator; fluency in English is essential.

* Location: West Sussex / East Hampshire region and Greater Manchester region; desirable if located within one of these regions and able to travel to intervention sites when required.
* Other: Flexible time commitment with a minimum of 5-6 hours per week (average); project length expected to 2+ years.
What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities as a Schools Delivery Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
* Team Strategy: With the CFK Leadership Team, develop your team strategies and SMART goals aligned to audience and stakeholder needs; coordinate with the educational contents team (CT) and the research, data analysis and evidencing team (RD&E) to ensure workshop materials meet intervention goals.
* Team Leadership: Build and manage your local volunteer team; define roles, recruit, ensure clear responsibilities, motivate and foster collaboration.
* Project Management: Lead the implementation of School projects and interventions; manage resources, objectives, timelines, risks and issues.
* Intervention Sites and Strategic Partners: Find and engage with potential schools and strategic partners; foster beneficial external partnerships; oversee design, development and delivery of interventions and measure baseline and post-intervention outcomes.
* Lessons Learnt: Formalise lessons learnt after each intervention and communicate to CFK Leadership and partners, with follow-up actions.
