Integrity Education Solutions are supporting one of our valued partner schools in Warwickshire in the appointment of an experienced and ambitious Phase Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher and emerging or established middle leader to take on a pivotal role within a specialist education setting supporting children with a range of additional and complex needs. The successful candidate will join a nurturing, inclusive school environment and lead a dedicated team within their designated phase, helping to drive high-quality teaching, learning, and pastoral support. The Phase Leader will be a key member of the school’s middle leadership team, working closely with senior leaders to maintain and enhance a high standard of educational provision. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Key Responsibilities * Lead the strategic and day-to-day provision within a designated school phase. * Support, mentor, and coach teachers and support staff to maintain excellence in practice. * Oversee behaviour, wellbeing, and pastoral care across the phase. * Drive continuous improvement through learning walks, observations, and monitoring of teaching and learning. * Lead on assessment, progress tracking, and data analysis within the phase. * Contribute to whole-school development and improvement priorities. * Support curriculum planning to meet the needs of pupils with SEND. * Build positive relationships with families and external professional partners. * Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and professional standards at all times. Key qualifications / experience: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Has strong teaching experience — ideally including SEND or specialist education settings. * Has experience coaching or leading staff (e.g., phase/subject leadership, mentoring, or middle leadership). * Confident analysing assessment data and using it to raise standards. * Skilled in behaviour management and supporting pupils with additional or complex needs. * Reflective, resilient, and committed to continuous professional development. * A collaborative, proactive practitioner with a passion for inclusive education.
