The Role
You will be working in a busy engineering and fabrication workshop in Canning Vale, Perth.
Day to day you will be:
* Fabricating and assembling steel components from detailed drawings
* MIG welding, cutting, shaping and fitting structural steel
* Using grinders, drills, flame cutters and workshop presses
* Working to tight tolerances with strong attention to detail
* Keeping your workspace safe, clean and productive
* Supporting the team to deliver quality work on time
This is hands on fabrication work. No guesswork. No patch jobs.
What We Need
* Minimum 3+ years as a Boilermaker or Welder in fabrication or industrial environments
* Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent
* Strong MIG welding and steel fabrication skillsAbility to read and work from detailed drawings
* Reliable, switched on and committed to long term work
* Financially ready and serious about relocating to Perth
