Job Title: Behaviour Mentor Mainstream Secondary School
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: GBP85 - GBP100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only Potential for Permanent Placement

We are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students in a mainstream secondary school in Hemel Hempstead, beginning in September 2025.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring, looking to make a direct impact on young people s education and emotional well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting students in class and in small intervention groups
* Helping to reduce barriers to learning caused by behaviour or emotional challenges
* Mentoring students to build confidence, motivation and resilience
* Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful learning environment
* Logging behaviour incidents and contributing to intervention planning
