Job Description:
We are looking for an ERP Support Engineer to join our team to support, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions within our D365 F&O system. You will collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure system functionality and quick resolution of issues to minimize business disruption.
Reporting to our ERP Lead, your responsibilities include providing technical support for D365 F&O users, responding to incidents and service requests, resolving technical issues related to system performance, functionality, and integrations, analyzing and diagnosing system issues, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and engaging in knowledge sharing.
Main duties:
Solution Support
* Support end-users by resolving issues promptly and providing training as needed.
* Maintain communication between end users, stakeholders, and technical teams during issue resolution.
* Perform root cause analyses (RCAs) to define, document, and implement preventative actions to improve system performance.
* Work with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability across our landscape.
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to reduce repeat issues and support the design and implementation of improvements.
* Assess and implement strategies to reduce inefficiencies and contribute to system stability.
* Stay updated on industry trends and seek system improvement opportunities.
Standards & Documentation
* Document system solutions related to business processes for knowledge sharing and training.
* Support team upskilling through knowledge sharing and experience in complex issues.
Solution Quality Control
* Assist in audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Risk Management
* Identify and escalate risks to ensure solution reliability and stability.
* Prioritize security to protect intellectual property and comply with regulations.
Skills and experience required:
* Proven experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing D365 F&O applications, especially within Supply Chain Management modules.
* Experience supporting users through incident management and troubleshooting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with integration tools and troubleshooting integrations.
* Microsoft certification is a plus.
* Collaborative, curious, and adaptable problem-solver.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
