Join us as an Online Customer Service Advisor. Working in our Nottingham Head Office, you’ll be part of a great team that handles a range of customer queries, from delivery to returns. Every contact requires you to be a brand ambassador and to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Handling and resolving general emails
* Responding to complaints from Customer Service to mitigate any brand risk
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Placing the customer at the heart of everything you do
* Working within a small, tight-knit customer service team to ensure all emails are responded to quickly and correctly
Requirements
* Excellent written skills
* Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* 100% focused on customer delight – for internal and external customers
* Complaint resolution skills
