Job Description
As a Kitchen Assistant/Porter, you will have responsibilities and opportunities to grow, becoming a key member of our team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers
* Keep the kitchen area clean, well-presented, and stocked
* Support the Chef(s) with food prep and maintaining high standards in the kitchen environment
* Operate relevant equipment safely and report maintenance issues
* Operate the till as required, following correct procedures
* Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as necessary
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week
Skills and Experience:
* Genuine interest in customer service excellence
* Focus on front-line service
* Excellent communication skills and team spirit
* Catering experience essential
