What youll be doing:
* Proactively follow up on open sales leads and opportunities
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to track project progress and update CRM records
* Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity, including calls, emails, and pipeline updates
* Generate and revise quotes to meet evolving project requirements
* Present regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status
* Adjust CRM probability metrics to reflect real-time project confidence
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and general sales enquiries
* Assist with general office tasks and provide cover during team absences

1. £26,500 Starting Salary
