Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kingston upon Hull, Hull, East Yorkshire, Yorkshire.
My client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on site in Hull. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your activities will include some of the below.
Responsibilities
* Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
* Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
* Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
* Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
* Assisting CM Remeasurement and calculation of BOQ
Experience / Qualifications
* Knowledge of NAECI Agreement
* Experience on major Construction Projects
* NEC4 Option B Contracts
* Standard Method of Measurement
* Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
