Position: E-Learning Service Administration Assistant Pay: £13.30 per hour Location: Hybrid working Contract Type: Permanent Hours per week: 22.5 hours - Term time only Job Role At YMCA Norfolk, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality e-learning experiences that make a real difference. This is your chance to join an innovative service that’s shaping the future of education! ​ ​ As our E-Learning Service Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting teachers, students, and internal teams. ​ What You'll Do ​ Be the backbone of our E-Learning Service by managing emails, records, and day-to-day admin tasks. Support student referrals and onboarding for teachers. Prepare engagement reports and assist with invoicing for teachers and schools. Help generate student reports and merit certificates. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Competence with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills. GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent).
