Maintenance Assistant
Are you a skilled maintenance assistant? Would you enjoy maintaining our iconic historical building?
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham
As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of the maintenance team responsible for making sure the property is kept to a high standard. The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and will also involve compliance work including property audits and recording important data such as meter readings.
We have a variety of shifts and hours available.
In return the role offers£13.46 per hour plus excellent benefits including free meals on dutyand access to your wages when you need it via Wagestream.
Your skills and experience:
• Knowledge and experience of basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrics and decorating
• The ability to prioritise work efficiently and keep people informed on planned completion timelines
• You are enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
