Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and document change requests for technology systems and applications
* Perform risk and impact assessments for proposed changes
* Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts
* Track and report testing progress, documenting outcomes and managing issue resolution
* Keep comprehensive records of change management and QA activities
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide actionable insights
* Communicate effectively with development teams, business users, and stakeholders
* Support and train colleagues in change management and QA best practices
