On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for a Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are keen to start or build a career within the welding and fabrication industry.
If you are a college leaver, graduate or looking to gain hands-on experience in the welding sector, this role offers an excellent starting point with training support provided and the potential to progress within the company.
Responsibilities
1. Carry out welding and fabrication tasks.
2. Prepare and set up materials and equipment for welding work.
3. Support the production team in assembling steel products.
4. Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
6. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.

7. Some experience in welding or metal fabrication.
