As the Workforce Supervisor, you will oversee and deliver exceptional front-line waste services.

You'll be confident managing people, prioritising workloads, and maintaining high service standards. Experience within operational, manual or serviceādelivery environments will set you up for success.
You'll ideally have experience in:
Health & Safety within frontline or manual operations
Staff supervision and performance management
Basic admin and recordākeeping
Using CRM or mapping systems
Knowledge of HGV / 7.5t vehicles (desirable)
š Skills & Qualifications
Clean Driving Licence, essential
Confident managing staff performance, sickness, holidays and timesheets
Comfortable using CRM systems, mapping tools and maintaining audit records
TrainātheāTrainer qualification (manual handling/lifting machinery) - desirable
š What You'll Be Doing
This is a dynamic, handsāon leadership role where you will:
Oversee and coordinate frontline operations across a 7āday service
Prioritise workloads and allocate resources effectively
Carry out contract inspections and issue default notices as required
Support staff with performance, appraisals, discipline and attendance
Manage stock, depots, materials and equipment
Ensure health & safety compliance across all operations
Respond to customer enquiries, requests and complaints
Respond to emergencies and participate in callāout duties
Prepare service and staffing reports, recommending improvementsThis role offers a great mix of leadership, responsibility, and community impact, with plenty of scope to develop your operational management skills.
