Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens services
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £55,000 (OTE in your first year £76,500) plus £5,000 welcome bonus
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 4 bedded EBD Childrens Residential service based in Hatfield. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
* Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care.
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted inspections.
* Promote a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing or deputising in a childrens residential setting.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Solid understanding of Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
