* This role is split equally between site administration and supply chain customer service. As the Site Administrator, you'll support day-to-day operations by coordinating employee communications, organising events, keeping noticeboards and calendars updated, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. You'll prepare onboarding packs, support HR audits, act as a point of contact for HR queries, take meeting minutes, and help ensure compliance with health and safety processes. The role also includes coordinating site maintenance, tracking repair requests, and managing the ordering of general site supplies.
