We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Passive Fire to oversee and manage all Passive Fire works within a dedicated department. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing team to support the department's growth. You'll work alongside Directors, contractors, and engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality fire safety solutions across high-end interior fit-out projects. What You’ll Be Doing: * Formulate tender documents for small works, liaising with clients to understand their requirements. * Regularly meet with the estimating department to update on ongoing projects and receive larger work handovers. * Manage contractor selection, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to create a cohesive and efficient team. * Take full ownership of projects from handover through to final completion, ensuring smooth delivery. * Liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee timely and efficient project delivery. * Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to address technical and design aspects. * Oversee all Health & Safety and environmental compliance to maintain the highest safety standards. * Oversee all aspects of project management, including timelines, finances, client meetings, surveys, audits, and sub-contract orders. * Implement and manage Passive Fire software (One Trace) for streamlined project management. * Continuously monitor the financial health of projects, identifying and addressing any issues in profitability with the Directors. * Prepare O&M manuals, as-fitted drawings, and ensure everything is in place for project handover. ✅ What We’re Looking For: * A strong understanding of the Passive Fire Industry – essential for the role. * Previous experience in line management and HR responsibilities. * Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on compliance. * Experience in financial monitoring and budget management for large-scale projects. * Familiarity with Passive Fire Software (One Trace) is advantageous.
