1. Review the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs and customer service is delivered
2. Work with the Divisional Director to review and implement policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division
3. Handle and resolve escalated problems/complaints in line with the relevant management agreement, procedure or policy
4. Responsible for block management of a small portfolio
5. Schedule and undertake inspections to ensure properties are safe and in satisfactory condition, in line with agreed maintenance schedules
6. Report to clients on the inspections, agreeing and actioning relevant works
7. Request quotes and organise routine maintenance or major works to ensure contractual requirements are met
Regional Manager – Person Profile:
8. Extensive previous residential property (block) management experience
9. MIRPM qualified (now MTPI)
10. Proven track record in a senior/team management role
11. Passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating procedure and culture to deliver on it
12. Passionate about upskilling and knowledge sharing
13. Strong team building background who values open collaboration across departments
14. Proven senior level dispute resolution and problem solving skills
Package – Regional Manager:
Basic Salary £75,000

Monday – Thursday 8 hours per day flex and Friday 9am – 5pm
