Your role

You’ll never be doing it alone. Our central recruitment, finance, sales, and marketing teams are here to take the pressure off, so you can focus on what matters most: championing exceptional care.

1. Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management
2. Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans
3. Maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home
4. Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities
5. Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care

Your skills

6. Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes
7. Strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach
8. Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes
9. Valid NMC PIN
10. Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed
