Are you an experienced Sales Advisor looking for a flexible opportunity with a leading house builder in the West Midlands? We are recruiting on behalf of a respected developer seeking a customer-focused and driven individual to join their sales team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This role offers the opportunity to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to final handover, while enjoying a more flexible working pattern. Availability to work at least one weekday is essential, alongside weekend working to support the needs of the development. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective purchasers, providing expert advice on a range of new-build homes across the development. Conduct both face-to-face and virtual property viewings, showcasing the quality, features, and lifestyle benefits of our homes. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of properties, pricing, incentives, and current offers to support customers in making informed decisions. Work closely with the wider sales and site teams to maximise sales performance and achieve targets.
