Our client, a leading firm in the property and real estate industry, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their vibrant and bustling team.
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on property and construction matters. You will conduct surveys, prepare detailed reports, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Please note- while Newcastle upon Tyne is the primary location, we are also open to candidates based in Bristol, Cardiff, and Birmingham.
Are you the right person for the job?
* RICS-accredited qualification
* Proven experience in building surveying
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
* Proficient in relevant software and tools
What will your role look like?
* Conduct surveys of residential and commercial properties
* Prepare professional reports detailing property condition and recommendations
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently
* Provide expert advice on property and construction matters
* Manage your own workload independently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
