roles and responsibilities
The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end execution of material master data activities across Northern Europe. Their role will involve collaborating closely with Supply Chain and Regional Master Data teams as well as external partners. Within this role they will be responsible for completing master data activities accurately and in a timely and compliant manner. They will also be responsible for driving process improvements to ensure the best possible support can be given to our Supply Chain team to further drive the business forward.
This will include
* End-to-End Material Master Data creation and extensions for Northern Europe
* Copacking Master Data creation, such as finished goods, POS and packaging materials
* Create, maintain and download Master Data reports
* Be the GS1 subject matter expert, providing guidance to the business on the interpretation and implementation of data standards and GS1 rules
* Obtains missing Certificates of Analysis (COA) upon request from 3PLs
* Maintains Serialization Product Master Data and Serialization Flag in collaboration with the Regulatory and Quality teams
* Creates and maintains regular and ad hoc Supply Chain POs, making Goods Receipts and maintenance of PO reports
* Process Improvements
* Ad hoc work as per business needs
how to succeed
Desired Qualifications
* Degree level educated or equivalent in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or similar
* Proficient spoken and written use of the English language
Experience and Skills
* Experience of Supply Chain Master Data creation and maintenance
* Demonstrated proficient user of SAP system, or similar planning tools
* Great systems knowledge and ability to understand technical details related to systems
* Knowledge of GS1 guidelines and their interpretations
* An aptitude for diagnostics and problem-solving
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communicator and collaborator
