£26k starting salary (rising to £28k after 6 months)
Uncapped commission - up to 35%

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
No two days are the same. Youll be:
Winning new clients and building partnerships with top Financial Services firms
Head-hunting elite candidates through networking, referrals & online platforms
Managing the full recruitment process from pitch to placement
Negotiating salaries, closing deals, and banking serious commission
Building your personal brand and online presence in a competitive market
