Job Description
We are looking for staff with morning availability on weekdays and alternate weekends.
Our hours are flexible and so this position can fit very nicely around the existing commitments you have. Perhaps you are a retiree that has no desire to retire? Maybe you’re a mother with children about to fly the nest into adulthood? No matter what stage of life you are in, if you care, we want to hear from you!
You are required to be a driver to apply for this position, over 18 and live in the Huntingdon area.
* Early mornings - 07:00 – 15:00 on some weekdays of your choice plus alternate weekends
* Excellent pay rates – from £10.80 - £11.50 plus and enhanced rate of £21.60 for working bank holidays
* Clients local to you
* Minimum 1 hour calls– so you have the time needed with client
* Training - fully paid award winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities. We also have access to specialist training/ qualifications e.g., City & Guilds Alzheimer’s and End of Life.

Responsibilities:

* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
* Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
* Accompanying to appointments or shopping
* Supporting clients to complete their morning and evening routines
