One of my large public sector clients is seeking an Interim Culture Change Lead to spearhead a cultural transformation across one of their key directorates. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact change programme in a historically complex operational environment. You’ll be instrumental in reshaping behaviours, values, and engagement strategies, bringing a fresh, inclusive, and collaborative culture to life. The key responsibilities of this role are: Develop and deliver a culture transformation strategy aligned with my clients’ strategic goals. Lead discovery work to assess current culture and co-design impactful interventions. Engage a predominantly blue-collar workforce through tailored, trust-building approaches. Drive leadership and workforce buy-in to embed positive behaviours and continuous improvement. Act as a courageous change agent, challenging the status quo and inspiring new ways of thinking. In order to be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience leading large-scale cultural change transformation projects in unionised environments. Strong background in organisational development, strategic planning, and change management. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. High emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate resistance and drive engagement.
