Responsibilities
Our 1,340 shops are at the heart of our business, and they all play a key part in their local community. As a retail colleague, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
Your daily tasks include processing customer bets, ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role is to promote responsible betting and follow our ‘Think 21’ policy to ensure customers bet within their means.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. While an interest in sports and betting is advantageous, no prior experience is necessary as we provide structured training to support your development as an Assistant Sales Manager. We also offer further training and development opportunities, as internal progression is highly valued.
