We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business that is looking to strengthen its engineering team with an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This is a great opportunity to join a stable site with modern machinery and a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

The Role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant reliability through effective planned and reactive maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on production machinery

Supporting PPM schedules and responding to breakdowns efficiently

Assisting with machinery installations and improvement projects

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

Working closely with electrical engineers and production teams

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong Electrical fault-finding skills

Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant mechanical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / Apprenticeship) preferred
