A well-regarded 11–18 secondary school in Solihull is seeking a calm, organised and people-focused Admissions & Pupil Services Administrator to join its busy front-office and student services team. This is a key role at the heart of the school, supporting pupils, families and staff while ensuring accurate and efficient administration. The Role As Admissions & Pupil Services Administrator, you will support the full student journey, from admissions and transitions through to day-to-day pastoral administration. You will work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams and external agencies to ensure systems are accurate, welcoming and compliant. Key responsibilities include: Managing admissions enquiries and applications Maintaining accurate pupil records on the school MIS Supporting attendance, safeguarding and pastoral administration Acting as a point of contact for parents and external services Supporting transitions for new starters and leavers Assisting with data returns and pupil documentation This role requires professionalism, discretion and strong interpersonal skills.
