Established in 2013, Frozzys is a healthy and nutritious pet food business, we have a clear focus and vision to develop and distribute healthy pet food to customers across UK, Ireland and abroad. The team first created award winning frozen yogurt treats for dogs and the team has went on to develop additional award-winning product ranges. Pet food is an ever-growing and exciting business, Frozzys has plans to expand its product range and as such require a dedicated marketing resource to help develop out this exciting and expanding product range, supporting the marketing communications and expand its digital plans to drive growth across both online and offline sales.

Purpose of the role
Support Marketing Manager to execute successful marketing and brand plans for the Frozzys brand to help achieve commercial and brand objectives.
Responsibilities
· Assist in the formulation of strategies to develop a lasting marketing and support digital strategies that build and sustain consumers connections
* Implement advertising/communication plans (social media, PR, promotional events and POS materials).
· Delivering B2B product marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on generating revenue
· Support the research and development product and promotional launches from research and planning through to effective implementation & reporting
· Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from competitors
· Support the development and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches
· Working closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training
· Collaborating with the team, including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics
· Analysing marketing data and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
· Collaborate with designers and external partners develop out briefs and improve user experience on our own and supplier digital platforms
* Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
· Collaborate with the team to develop and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter etc
* Collaborate with manager in preparing budgets and monitoring budget tracker
* Other responsibilities as requested by the manager
Desirable Requirements
* Minimum 2 years proven experience within a marketing executive role
* BSc/BA in marketing /digital marketing / business studies discipline
* Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
* Good knowledge of marketing and digital market concepts/practise
* Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
* Familiarity with social media and web analytics
· Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns
* Skills and experience in creative writing
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
