Description
The Role
This role involves managing complex software licensing, billing, and client support, including processing sales, renewals, and quotations. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, build strong relationships with key accounts, and lead coordination for high-value clients. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in client service, billing, or licensing, with strong financial skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Experience with legal contracts and global client support is an advantage.
The Responsibilities
* Analysis and interpretation of licensing requirements
* Finding solutions to complex and bespoke licensing requests
* Be the first point of contact for clients on queries relating to software licensing, billing, and contract renewals
* Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients' Software License Agreement, including dispatch of software licenses and processing of invoices
* Leading a small team responsible for a subset of high-value clients
* Drafting quotations for new and additional license requests
Qualifications
The Requirements
* Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurized environment
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output
* Excellent customer service skills with experience dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
* Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
* Experience in interpreting legal contracts
* Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices
* Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude, with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven administration and organizational skills with the ability to work on own initiative, juggle tasks, and prioritize work
* Strong IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills
* An eye for detail and excellence
* Proven to be an effective team member, contributing to their own team as well as other parts of the business
