If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team located in Essex on a 6-month contract basis paying £210.68 per day PAYE or £279.79 per day Umbrella rate.
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible and accountable for improving the Right Time performance for all the clients services. Heading up a Right Time railway forum and undertaking a structured programme of performance audits and out of hours visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with all functions within the client to deliver a high profile for right time(RT) performance within the company
2. Work directly with Network Rail and Delivery Unit level to ensure all performance matters are investigated and resolved
3. Chair regular cross-functional Right Time Railway Forums to develop performance improvement plans leading to business cases to access the RTR Fund
4. Own the development of all RT Business Cases for submission to the clients Performance Exec for approval
5. Report to the clients Performance Exec on progress on all RT performance improvement plans
6. Lead risk identification workshops with both the client and NR colleagues
