Talent Management Lead
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + 20% bonus

About the Role
Reporting to the VP of People (returning from parental leave in August), you’ll play a central role in the People team’s evolution. This is a strategic individual contributor position, not a traditional L&D manager role.

1. Design and launch scalable talent frameworks across performance, learning, succession, and engagement
2. Lead business-wide succession planning, with a focus on Director-level roles and above
