Are you an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge working within an extremely varied position? A very exciting opportunity has come up to join a company based in Basingstoke supporting a team with all administrative duties.

The Office Administrator position involves:

Reconciling the company accounts
Processing the employee expenses
Ordering and keeping on top of office supplies
Arranging parcel collections and dispatches
Overseeing and managing the accounts emails
Taking responsibility for outstanding invoices for the business
Managing HR queries within the company
Making sure compliance is up to date
Sourcing products for preferred suppliers
Creating and post social media posts for the business
Scheduling meetings, performance reviews, probations and take meeting minutes
Chasing deliveries
Arranging staff travel and accommodation
Sending agreements to clients and make follow up calls when needed
Setting up new customers and suppliers

The Office Administrator will:

Have previous experience in administration
Have a professional telephone manner
Work with confidence and be approachable with not only team members but client too
Be competent with all Microsoft packages
Maintain strong organisational skills and have outstanding attention to detail
Have the willingness to learn and go the extra mile to support the team
