The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and growing Private Client team based in Basildon.
The role will focus on non-contentious Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate and Trusts, within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider team to deliver a high standard of legal and client service.

Role Responsibilities
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:
Manage a caseload of non-contentious Private Client matters.
Advise clients on Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and estate administration matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation.
Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Maintain compliance with Law Society, SRA and internal practice management requirements.
Provide a high standard of client care and communication throughout matters.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.

Wills drafting
Probate and estate administration
Trusts
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Estate planning
General non-contentious Private Client matters
Requirements
To be considered for this Private Client Solicitor role, you will have:
Ideally 5+ years Post Qualification Experience as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Strong experience within non-contentious Private Client law.
Experience managing your own caseload independently.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Professionalism and attention to detail.
A collaborative and team-focused approach.
Knowledge of SRA compliance and regulatory requirements.
