This stand-alone, mission-critical role provides essential administrative and documentation support directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), focusing specifically on high-value bid activity and new business development.

Bid Lifecycle Management & Support
* Tender Monitoring: Proactively monitor key UK procurement portals and internal channels, flagging relevant tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities directly to the CMO for review.
* Document Control: Manage the secure download, organization, and version control of all complex tender documentation and compliance materials.
* Submission Preparation: Work closely with the CMO to assist in the full preparation of bid submissions, encompassing detailed formatting, meticulous proof-reading, and the comprehensive assembly of all required appendices.
* Deadline Management: Own the maintenance of bid trackers and project timelines, rigorously ensuring all technical requirements and submission deadlines are met without fail.
* Content Collation: Gather necessary information (e.g., technical data, company policies, regulatory documentation) from internal subject matter experts (SMEs), escalating critical deadlines to the CMO as required.
* Boilerplate Content: Maintain and prepare a library of standard corporate documents, including standard policies, up-to-date case studies, and refined boilerplate response text.
1. New Business Documentation & Quality Assurance
* Compliance & Styling: Accurately format and style all submission documents to meet precise tender instructions, ensuring strict adherence to corporate branding and UK compliance requirements.
* Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks on document layout, grammar, consistency, and factual accuracy immediately prior to submission.
* Filing Systems: Maintain highly organized digital filing systems and a robust archive for all bids, proposals, and supporting materials.
2. Presentation Development & Support
* Template Ownership: Create and continually maintain high-impact presentation skeleton templates for all new business pitches and CMO-led strategic meetings.
* Brand Integrity: Update design elements, boilerplate slides, and placeholder content to ensure all templates remain professional, current, on-brand, and easy for senior leadership to quickly tailor.
* Deck Preparation: Provide practical support in preparing final slide decks for client presentations, internal strategy briefings, and new business updates.
3. Executive Administrative Support (CMO)
* General Administration: Provide reliable general administrative support to the CMO, including diary management, efficient file organization, and preparation of meeting materials.
* Market Research: Conduct and summarize simple research briefs (e.g., market sector analysis or competitor insights) to directly support active bids and pitches.
* Data Collation: Assist in collating performance data for key reports, KPIs, and presentations led by the CMO.
