About the role:
* Lead and actively participate in customer conversations, including discovery sessions and requirements-gathering interviews.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to consolidate feedback and surface actionable insights.
* Conduct or oversee research initiatives, including surveys, usage data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
* Identify market trends, product gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
* Close the feedback loop with customers, ensuring solutions address original pain points and expectations are clearly managed.
* Partner with Engineering to assess feasibility, scope, and technical considerations.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure customer workflows are reflected in intuitive and user-friendly designs.
About you:
* Several years experience in AdTech / MarTech (**this is a non-negotiable**), with a solid grasp of marketing tech stacks, digital workflows, and analytics platforms.
* Comfortable running high-level strategy chats with execs and diving into detailed discovery sessions with end users.
* Able to break down complex ideas into clear, useful documents and presentations that drive action.
* Strong at turning vague requirements into structured, testable goals that make sense for the business.
* Well-versed in how different business models work, what drives revenue, and how to show real ROI.
* Big on user empathy - always focused on understanding pain points and advocating for the best possible experience.
