HR Consultant
Contract - Full-time | Inside IR35
Slough, UK (Hybrid – up to 60% WFH)

We are partnered with a global technology consulting organization seeking an experienced HR Consultant to provide critical cover during a period of long-term absence. This role supports ~200 employees across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, while also driving the local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple regions.

Build strong relationships with leaders, HR colleagues, forums, and external partners.
*
Lead on HR policies, employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
*
Manage TUPE processes, redundancies, and organisational change.
*
Oversee recruitment activity, including advertising, interviews, and assessment centres.
*
Deliver HR projects including talent, benchmarking, digital transformation, CSR & D&I.
*
Maintain HRIS, contracts, handbooks, and compliance with UK employment law.
About You
*
CIPD Graduate with 5+ years’ HR experience.
*
Proven expertise in TUPE (in/out), redundancies, and organisational change.
*
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, ideally within a global matrix organisation.
*
Skilled in HRIS platforms and advanced MS Office.
*
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
*
Resilient, empathetic, and commercially aware.
*
Experience in the Nordics/Ireland is desirable.
