Our busy Lincoln office administration team is expanding due to increased work and new business. It’s a really exciting time to be joining us with business at record levels and many new big projects in the pipeline.
In this role you will provide an effective and professional local Administration service necessary for the efficient running of the business.
The location is our Lincolnshire office which is on the Teal Park in North Hykeham (LN6 3AD).
How you’ll support us
* Provide a professional and polite front-of-house function for the local office (including but not limited to, meeting and booking in site visitors, answering the telephone and emails)
* Set up and clear meeting rooms, arranging hospitality when required
* Set up, arrange hospitality for and clear down student areas when required
* Assist with the maintenance of Company diaries for room allocation and personnel whereabouts
* Monitor housekeeping, stationery and office consumables, ordering when necessary
* Organise travel arrangements for staff and students
* Manage the Company car fleet (including arranging servicing/cleaning and maintenance of the Company car log book)
* Assist with arranging transportation and documentation for outgoing goods (including mail)
* Open and distribute incoming mail
* Arrange catering and corporate functions at the local office
* Arrange student functions in the local area (where applicable)
* Assist with collating and printing various bid, project, and training documents as required by the business
* Assist with the maintenance of the Classified Document Register where required
* Assist with the general tidiness of the front-of-house/Reception area and meeting rooms
* Assist with all aspects of local administration necessary for the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. This will include some processing of invoices using our internal finance system.

Essential :
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A professional approach to working with all levels of staff
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
* Basic IT skills and the aptitude to learn
* Full UK driving license

* A UK National and eligible to work in the UK
* Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Check (SC)level security clearance
