About the Role Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and fixing things? In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out minor reactive repairs, planned maintenance tasks, and ensuring statutory compliance for the building. Your key responsibilities will include: Completing day‑to‑day repairs and planned maintenance Ensuring the building meets all compliance requirements Managing large commercial waste bins outside the building Handling routine fixes and responding to unexpected maintenance issues Helping create a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents You’ll be the person residents and the team rely on for all things maintenance. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in building maintenance or a similar role Practical, hands‑on, and confident carrying out repairs Reliable, organised, and able to problem‑solve independently Positive, hardworking, and able to stay upbeat when challenges arise A strong work ethic paired with a can‑do attitude is essential.
