Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office just outside Christian Malford (SN15 4BU). As our Administrative Assistant, you will be central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the wider team.
Duties
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
* Performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
* Maintaining organised records and supporting internal processes.
* Providing executive administrative support.
* Assisting with scheduling, diary management, and office coordination.
* Supporting course delivery logistics, bookings, and customer service.
* Completing and processing CITB course funding paperwork, including tasks relating to quality assurance and compliance.
This is a role with variety and progression opportunities. You'll be working closely with the team and leadership, meaning you'll gain valuable exposure to different areas of the business beyond administration.

Qualifications
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Proficiency in clerical and administrative duties.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed.
* A proactive and adaptable attitude – someone who enjoys taking initiative.
* Good customer service skills, with a patient and helpful approach to customers.
* An interest or experience in education or construction is a bonus but not required.
* Previous experience in administration is essential.
