Recruitment Business Partner
Location: Hybrid, with travel to client sites (public & private sector)
Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Function: Client Services (RPO / MSP)
We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑focused Recruitment Business Partner to support customers across both the public and private sectors. About the Role
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned client groups. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels to design, deliver and continuously improve an effective recruitment strategy tailored to their needs.
What you’ll be doing
In this varied and high‑impact role, you will:
* Build strong, strategic and operational relationships with key client stakeholders
* Provide expert guidance on recruitment processes and hiring strategies
* Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle within your client portfolio
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a high‑quality talent pipeline
* Monitor performance delivery and drive continuous improvement
* Support clients through changing business needs, ensuring consistency and quality
* Travel to client sites as needed to provide a visible, supportive and consultative presence
