Job Title: Sales Director (Individual Contributor) – A2P Communications

Compensation: €100,000–€150,000 Base, with double OTE

The Role:
We are seeking a Sales Director (IC) who can hit the ground running with an active book of business in high-value sectors. This is an individual contributor role where your existing network and ability to generate immediate revenue will be key to driving growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Own and drive the full sales cycle in your target sectors, from prospecting to closing.
* Leverage a live network and active book of business within iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, or Healthcare to generate immediate high-value opportunities.
* Position A2P messaging and communications platforms as the solution of choice for enterprise clients.
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Who You Are:
* Proven high-value B2B sales experience, ideally within A2P or communications platforms.
* Active, live network in iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, or Healthcare, with an existing book of business.
* Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
