The Role * Ensure commitment to personal safety and the safety of those around. Follow and implement company safety policy and procedures to maintain a safe and risk free environment * Characterisation and analysis of polymers, composite materials, and textiles by conducting thermal, mechanical, dynamic mechanical, and many other relevant techniques * Develop, evolve, validate and implement new test methods for polymers and composite structures * Draw meaningful and clear conclusions based on sound statistical analysis of analytical data * Serve as technical subject matter expert company-wide Essential Experience: * Graduate degree in polymer science, polymer engineering, polymer chemistry, materials science, materials engineering, chemical engineering or similar discipline * Solid background in materials testing * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Capable of interacting with people at all levels of the organisation * Excellent computer skills * Ability to work independently and as part of the wider R&D Team * Excellent problem solving skills * Ability of multitasking and managing multiple projects * Self-driven highly motivated individual If you are interested in this role, please send a copy of your current CV using the details provided, interviews will be held locally, and the company is looking to recruit this role as soon as possible.
